ASNC will develop an individualized plan for each student, taking into account current scores, goal scores, and target test dates. The plan considers how to hone in on a student’s current strengths while bolstering his/her weaknesses, thus, bringing up the overall composite score. One to one ratio. In person or online available. $90-$120 per hour.
Boot Camps are designed to be tailored to meet the needs of the group. Boot camps work well for students who would benefit from an introduction to the basics of the ACT or SAT (format, timing, concepts tested, quicks tricks and strategies). They can also be part of an intensified study plan the week before a test date. Small group setting in person or virtually. 10 hours of coaching. $450 per student.
Essays are becoming an important part of the application process. These essays are not typical high school essays; they require a more personal and specific voice. ASNC believes that everyone has a unique story to tell, and we value that unique voice and help the student frame the clearest way to share it. One to one ratio. Virtual. $100 per hour. Prorated.
ASNC is committed to closing the gap to higher education created by the ACT or SAT requirements. We believe that one of the fastest ways to help is to train the on-campus teachers who have direct, daily contact with the students on how to best prepare the students for the test. This “train the trainers” model can also eliminate the need for private coaching which will also narrow the gap, especially for families unable to access elite coaching. Price determined per contract to allow for flexibility in planning to meet the needs of each specific campus.
