Scheduling a consultation for new clients is required to allow ASNC to develop the individualized plan. The schedule is then determined by both parties to meet the specific needs. Students receiving services are asked to provide at least 3 hours for any cancellations. If no notice is given and a student does not attend the scheduled class, full payment will be due. Make up classes are offered to students who provide sufficient notice to their coach.
Clients may purchase packages in advance; thus, no invoicing is required. Individual sessions, consultations, presentations, and trainings are billed to the clients on terms that both parties agreed to. Payment is expected upon receipt of invoice up to 30 days. Late payment charges of 20% of total bill accrue after 31 days post invoice.
Credits and refunds will be determined on a situational basis. No credits or refunds will be offered to students who do not give notice of a cancellation. Billing errors will result in a credit or refund, depending on the client’s preference.
